"Cyberfly" is a sound installation. I suspended a trapped fake bug (simulated by a motor), tied a microphone at its bottom, and placed a speaker under it. This bug is constantly struggling to escape from the threat below, and at the same time, it makes the distance and angle between the microphone and the speaker at his tail constantly change. In this process, the feedback sound that should have been infinitely amplified has become unstable because of the change in angle and distance.
This work is a sound experiment, like my previous work "Feeding" is also dealing with the phenomenon of "sound feedback". Which is different from the last time, it focuses on low-frequency feedback. Through sound linking to the annoying insect's sounds around the studio, and extracting the element of the danger of the feedback phenomenon itself, hoping that through the relationship, viewers can have more imagination about the sound.
